How much is shipping?

We utilize UPS overnight shipping for all of our standard orders. 

Out-of-State: $45

Out-of-state orders $350 and over qualify for free overnight shipping.

In-State (Colorado): $25

In-state orders $250 and over qualify for free overnight shipping.

Air Cargo (dependent on your location, number of boxes, etc. this is a custom quote)

For orders over $3000 we offer direct shipping utilizing air cargo. Shipments are packaged and shipped via domestic airline cargo where we have the option to deliver on the next available flight to your destination city. This is the fastest way to receive your corals and has significant benefits over standard overnight shipping via UPS.

  • Corals are in the box(s) for a much shorter time
  • Your order is not sitting on a delivery truck waiting to be delivered
  • The chance for a shipping delay is far less likely

What days do you ship?

We currently ship Monday – Wednesday excluding U.S. observed holidays. Before your order is shipped, we will reach out to you to confirm an anticipated delivery date.

Can you hold my order?
Yes, we will hold your order for 2 weeks from the date the order was placed at your request.
Can I combine orders?
You can combine multiple orders as long as the other orders are placed before the two week holding period from the first order. Please note this in the special instructions during checkout. We’ll contact you with a shipment plan and can discuss your plan for combined orders.
What is our DOA policy?

We guarantee our corals to be alive upon delivery. Before shipping your order we create a custom shipping plan that includes the destination address, the major hub between our shipping location and the destination address, and weather in the flight plan areas.

If you believe your coral has died during shipping, please take a clear photograph of the coral in the bag within two hours of the delivery time. Please notify us within 2 hours of your coral arriving. Do not remove the coral from the bag. Send us an email with the photograph attached to sales@altitudecorals.com

In order to honor the DOA policy, you must be present on the first delivery attempt to the destination address provided during checkout. We do not offer refunds but will work with you on a replacement coral. If a replacement coral is not available, we will give you credit towards a future order. 

Please keep in mind that the health of the animals and your satisfaction are our primary concern and we do our best to ensure the highest level of quality.

My package didn't arrive. What should I do?

We’re actively tracking your order and are already aware of the delay. If your order does not arrive at all rest assured that we will work with you to process a replacement order. We will reach out to you by either email or phone to discuss next steps.
